Uluçınar Vocational- Technical Anatolian High School (Practice Hotel): In the school and practice hotel established in 2016, food, beverage and accommodation training is provided to the youth in order to give service for tourism and gastronomy. The youth qualified at the end of these training become both job owner by rendering service in hotel, restaurants and cafe and provide contribution to gastronomy tourism.
Nimet -Fahri Öksüz Vocational Anatolian High School: food, beverage and accommodation training is provided to the youth in order to give service for tourism and gastronomy. The school produces 145 graduates a year. A school that has registered its success by participating the following contests. The contests it has organized and participated are below.
Hatay Vocational Centre (HAT-MEK): in HATMEK coming into service with joint protocol of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality and Hatay Public Training Center in 2015, exclusively “local cookery” and “local pastry” trainings are offered to attended groups and it is targeted that, this sensitive groups become job owner by awarding certificate on this matter in addition to ensure sustainability of diversity for local dishes and local pastry. Beside of gastronomy training HATMEK provides following courses.
Hand woven carpet course, beekeeping course, sheep breeding course, cattle breeding course, goat breeding course, olive tree pruning course, medical and aromatic plant growing course, silk-worm breeding and silk products promotion project for female farmers, pastry apprenticeship course, pastry making course, cook apprentice course, strawberry growing course, organic agriculture course.
